ARE CONSULTATIONS FREE?
Yes, they are completely free and booked for usually 45 minutes to an hour. They can go longer if you wish.
WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR CONSULTATIONS?
Our consultations can be anytime during the week. To make it easier for you, we are also available on evenings and weekends.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE CONSULTATION?
We would like to know your venue location, date, guests attending, start time and end time. If you have a colour scheme in mind, let us know.
Feel free to bring in pictures of designs you are thinking of. If you don’t have all of this information, don’t worry, we can still give estimates and ideas
HOW DO WE SECURE OUR DATE?
After our consultation, you will receive an estimate based on the items you would like at your event. We require 50% of the contract at the time of booking.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept; cash, money orders, certified cheques, and Interac email transfers, and Visa or Mastercard.
WHEN IS THE BALANCE OF MY CONTRACT DUE?
You can choose to pay your entire balance at the time of booking or 3 weeks prior to your event.
WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK MY EVENT BY?
You are welcome to book up to a year from your event in advance. If you are not about advance planning, you can book according to your convenience.
We do welcome last minute bookings, but they are space permitting.

We proudly serve the entire Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
I AM THINKING OF BRINGING MY FRIEND WHO IS ALSO PLANNING THEIR WEDDING DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE BOOKINGS?
Absolutely! Discounted rates are given if they are booked at the time of consultation.
DO YOU ONLY DECORATE FOR WEDDINGS?
We provide services for a variety of events; wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal/baby showers, stagettes/stags, anniversaries, birthdays, kids birthdays, home decorations, corporate events, etc. We are excited to be of service to you for any type of event!
I WOULD LIKE TO RENT ITEMS FROM YOU TO SETUP MYSELF, CAN I DO THIS?
Yes. We have a large variety of items that are available for our clients who choose to set up themselves. Our DIY rates are great and affordable, call or email for more info.
I AM AN INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL. CAN I USE YOUR SERVICES FOR MY EVENT?
